Send the rough version first.
A few photos, whatever drawing and measurements you have, and a plain description of what isn't working — that's enough to start. I'll tell you straight whether it's something I can take on, what I'd need from you next, and if it's not my kind of work, usually who's better for it.
What to Send
- Photos of the room, wall, opening, stair, cabinet, or detail.
- Measurements, drawings, or sketches if you have them.
- Location, rough timeline, and whether the work is tied to a larger build.
- Budget range if there is one, especially for exploratory or design-heavy work.
- A short note about what is not working or what standard options have failed to solve.
